Booking terms & conditions
• Rates are per person per night, inclusive of tax & service charges, valid for Egyptians & resident foreigners, and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Stays of less than 3-nights might be subject to extra charges.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in time: 2 pm
• Check-out time: 12 noontime

Children Accommodation Policy (sharing parents' room)
• First child up to 11.99 years sharing parents room is free of charge on accommodation & meals.
• Second Child from 5.99 years to 11.99 years sharing parents room entitle 50% off half twin rate.
• Maximum of 2 children can be accommodated in one room.
• Maximum of 1 extra bed can be provided in the room.

Food & Beverages
• All meals will be served in buffet style, in Tirana or Gazebo Restaurant.
• All extras to be paid by the guest direct to the hotel upon check out.

Cancellation & No-show policy
• A charge of the full stay will be applied for cancellations less than 7 nights prior to arrival date, or in No-show cases (cancellations on arrival date).
