Booking terms & conditions
• Rates are per person per night, inclusive of tax & service charges, valid for Egyptians & resident foreigners, and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Palm Area & Preffered-front Rooms available upon request. Preferred Front (Main hotel from block 1 to 32), Deluxe rooms (Standard room with a little extra seating corner (Sofa, 2 chairs, extra TV), King-size bed and all equipment as the standard double rooms, Tea & Coffee making facilities).

• Stays of less than 3-nights might be subject to extra charges.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in time: 2pm. The Resort will facilitate, if and when reasonably possible, early arrivals.
• Check-out time: 12 noon. Late check-out charges will apply for guests vacating rooms after 12.
• Late Check-out supplement charges (subject to hotel availability):
  - Until 6pm: 50% of room rate
  - After 6pm: one night supplement

Honeymooners
• Genuine honeymooners with advance notification will, subject to availability, receive VIP treatment.

Children Accommodation Policy (sharing parents' room)
• Infants from 0 up to 3.99 years are totally free.
• Children from 4 up to 11.99 years will be on free accommodation with 50% discount on buffet meals (no extra bed, with maximum of one child in one room).
• Child Breakfast Buffet at LE 40
• Child Dinner Buffet LE 110
• Extra bed add LE 60
• Baby cots and baby chairs are available

Cancellation & No-show policy
• A charge of one night of the offered rate on 'Bed & Breakfast' basis will be charged for cancellations less than 14 nights prior to arrival date.
• In case of 'No-show' or cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival date: 3 nights of the rate offered on 'Bed & Breakfast' basis will be automatically charged.
