Booking terms & conditions
• Rates are per person per night, inclusive of tax & service charges, valid for Egyptians & resident foreigners, and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Stays of less than 3-nights might be subject to extra charges.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in time: 2 pm
• Check-out time: 12 noon

Children accommodation policy (sharing parents' room)
• Children up to 6 years old will be 100% free of charge on same parents' meals plan.
• Childre from 6 years old up to 12 years old will be entitled for 50% discount on adult rate.
• Two children in separate room will be charged as single room rate.

Cancellation & no-show policy
• In case of no-show or cancellation after your payment, a charge of one night applied.

Turn Away
• In the unlikely event that the hotel fails to accommodate your confirmed booking, alternative hotels with the nearest equivalent category will be provided.
