Booking terms & conditions
• Rates are per person per night, inclusive of tax & service charges, valid for Egyptians & resident foreigners, and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Stays of less than 3-nights might be subject to extra charges.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in time: 2 pm
• Check-out time: 12 noontime

Children Accommodation Policy (sharing parents' room)
• First child till 11.99 years old is free of charge.
• Second child till 2.99 years old - free of charge, and from 3 - 11, 99 years pay 50% of adult rate.
• Children accommodated in separate room are charged as single room (Maximum 2 children).
• Children over 12 years are charged as adults rate.

Cancellation & No-show policy
• No cancellation fees if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations between 2 and 6 days before the arrival date, a charge of one night applied.
• Cancellations 1 day before the arrival date or on the same day, a charge of 2 nights applied.
