Booking terms & conditions
• Rates are per person per night, inclusive of tax & service charges, valid for Egyptians & resident foreigners, and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Stays of less than 3-nights might be subject to extra charges.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in time: 2 pm
• Check-out time: 12 noontime

Children Accommodation Policy (sharing parents' room)
• Children up to 11.99 years old sharing parents’ room stay free. Same meals plan apply.
• Maximum 1 child is allowed per room.

Turn Away
IIn the unlikely event that the the hotel fails to accommodate any confirmed booking and provided that the second party is informed by the first party may place the confirmed booking at the nearest equivalent hotel and cover difference in rates will be born.

Cancellation & No-show policy
• In case of any rooms cancellation after the release period is due, it will be subject to one night cancellation fee based on same meal plan booked.
• All no-show or cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to 2 night no-show / cancellation fees based on double occupancy and same meal plan booked.
