The content of ido-travel.com website is directed at customers who (i) book the travel product/service directly through ido-travel.com, and/or (ii) view a travel product/service on ido-travel.com then refer to the product/service provider. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they set out your respective rights and obligations:
ALLOCATION & BOOKING PROCEDURE
- At least one room allotment within reasonable release period has to be opened for sale under the affiliation program.
- All bookings are guaranteed with a credit card or advanced payment / bank transaction by guests.
- In case the booking is guaranteed with a Credit Card, the guest pays at the hotel upon arrival or departure. The guest will pay the rate as published on ido-travel.com website.
- After the end of each month, you will receive an overview with all reservations of the past month. Within one week, you can still indicate if any cancellations were made at the hotel directly. Once we receive the overview back, you will get an invoice for the commission of that month.
- The cancellation policy of the hotel will apply and has to be clearly stated on the ido-travel.com website. If a guest does not cancel within the cancellation period stated on the website or in case of a no-show, the hotel can charge a penalty fee (usually of one night). Ido-travel.com charges commission on late cancellations and no-shows.
PUBLICITY CONTRIBUTION
A number of 02 Rooms for 03 nights to be provided by the hotel once per season, which will be rewarded as a prize to the winner of our weekly quiz.
CONTENT
- IDO Travel holds no responsibility for the accuracy of the content details. All products/services should only be listed by real owner or official representative of the product/service. If it comes to light at a later date that the product/service has been listed by someone who did not have the right to list the product/service, IDO Travel will cancel the existing listing of the property, and no refund will be paid.
- Access to ido-travel.com website is strictly controlled by IDO Travel which reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or remove without notice any information or service from time to time. We do also reserve the right to choose what advertising we accept, and may prohibit additional content from being advertised on the site based on user feedback or other information.
- You warrant that all personal information submitted is correct and you accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. IDO Travel may suspend access to website, due to maintenance works or force majeure, with no obligation to reimburse or compensate you for the period in which access was suspended.
If you do not agree to be bound by the full or partial Terms and Conditions, you may not proceed with listing your product/service.
